How to Apply?
IMPORTANT DATES:
- Application deadline : Tuesday, 15th September 2020
- Notification of acceptance : Tuesday, 22nd September 2020
- Submission of full poster : Tuesday, 17th Nov 2020
- Seminar dates : Tuesday, 8th Dec 2020
- Deadline for registration : All payment must be made latest by Tuesday, 29th September 2020 in order for the notification to still stand as valid.

- Fees: Malaysian Participants (Local): RM100 / Non-Malaysian Participants (International): RM100
- Process of Submission:
1. Application: To apply to participate in the 4th AIBC 2020 Doctoral Seminar, applicants are invited to submit a short PDF document (maximum 5 pages) which includes the research title, research objectives and research questions, literature review, methodology, findings and conclusion.
2.Submission: Prior to submission, please check your document that it should contain applicants full name, research title, affiliation (your university name), and supervisors’ name. The documents must be sent by email no later than Tuesday, 17th Nov 2020 to Dr Alesia Sigang Gugkang at alesia@ums.edu.my.
3.Email submission format: Each email submission should be according to the following format.

§ Subject: (Applicants Name) 4th AIBC 2020 Doctoral Seminar
4. Notification of Acceptance: All applicants will be notified of acceptance of their application by Tuesday, 22nd September 2020.
5.Poster: Accepted applicants will then be asked to prepare to submit a POSTER (format will be emailed with the notification of acceptance), no later than Tuesday, 17th Nov 2020. Accepted participants will be asked to deliver a short presentation (maximum 10 minutes) on their posters.
